Why should I use Four Paws Pet Care?
  Most animals are much happier at home in their own environment when their families are away.  They get to play in their favorite places, stay on their normal routine and experience less stress and anxiety issues.
What services does Four Paws Pet Care provide?
  We will visit your home each day as instructed.  We offer pet sitting in your home.  This includes dog walking, dog sitting and cat sitting.  Visits include feeding, watering, medicating and individualized attention.  We also clean up accidents, clean litter boxes and perform other special requested duties.  We can also bring in your mail, newspaper, rotate lights and blinds, etc.
How do I know I can trust Four Paws Pet Care in my home?
  We are bonded and insured.  All keys and client information is kept secure with keys being coded.  None of cars advertise our service.  We are experienced with security systems and will discuss any security concerns during the interview.
What areas of Columbus do you service?
  We care for pets on the northeast side of Columbus including Blacklick, Gahanna, New Albany, Pataskala and Westerville.
When are services available?
  We offer services 7 days a week. We like to stay as close to your pet’s normal routine.   We ask to be the only care providers for your pets during your absence so we can closely monitor their behavior, actions and health. 
What if my pet becomes ill under your care?
  During the "Meet and Greet" interview, we collect a health history of your pet as well as your veterinarian contact information.  We monitor your pet’s health, eating, water and food intake, bowel movements, energy and overall appearance each visit.  Anything unusual is notated in the Daily Log and we will contact you with any concerns.  We will transport your pet to your regular veterinarian or to emergency care if necessary. 
How do I initiate your services?
  We can be contacted e-mail at customerservice@fourpawsohio.com or by phone at (614) 519-3472.  We will reserve your travel dates and make an appointment for an interview.  The "Meet and Greet" interview process is required for all prospective clients.  Please have a spare key available for us to take and use for your pet sitting needs.
Will I be able to check on my pets while I'm away?
  Absolutely! Please feel free to call, e-mail or text message us while your away. We will respond promptly to your inquiry regarding the status of your pet.
